Tips for HubSpot CMS
- If HubSpot’s own chat is enabled, decide which one to keep to avoid two chat buttons.

How is this different from HubSpot’s chatbot?
HubSpot’s free bots are rule-based flows you build yourself. Ours is an AI assistant trained on your content and set up for you, and it can still send leads into HubSpot.
Can leads go to HubSpot CRM?
Yes, on the Pro plan, as new contacts with the transcript as a note.
Does it work if only my blog is on HubSpot?
Yes. Add it to HubSpot’s footer HTML and to your main site separately.
Do I need to rebuild my HubSpot CMS site?
No. The chatbot sits on top of your existing site. Nothing about your design, pages or SEO changes.
