Step by step: what happens after you order
- Order and a 5-minute setup form (hour 0). Pick a plan, check out securely with Stripe, then tell us your website URL, where leads should go, your preferred handoff (booking link, phone, WhatsApp) and anything the chatbot should never say.
- We train it on your content (hours 1–8). We read your published pages and any documents you send, remove outdated or irrelevant pages, and write custom answers for sensitive topics like refunds or emergencies.
- We design it to match your brand (hours 4–12). Colors, logo or avatar, name, tone of voice, welcome message and 3–4 suggested questions based on what your customers ask most.
- We test it like a customer (hours 8–20). We run it through dozens of real-world questions for your industry, including tricky ones, and fix any weak answers before you see it.
- You approve a private preview (around hour 20). You get a link to chat with your bot. Request changes as often as you like.
- Go live (around hour 24). Paste one line of code into your site, or give us access and we install it for you. We verify it works on desktop and mobile.
- We keep improving it. We watch the first conversations, add missing answers and send a monthly report on Managed and Pro.

What we need from you
- Your website URL (that’s the only must-have)
- An email address for new leads
- Optional: your logo, a booking link, extra documents and your top 10 customer questions
- Starter plan only: an Anthropic or OpenAI API key (we’ll send a secure link and walk you through creating one)
In total you’ll spend about 15 minutes: the setup form plus a few minutes chatting with your preview.

The chatbot runs from one small script tag. Choose whichever is easier:

An AI chatbot is never “done”. Customer questions change with seasons, promotions and new services. On Managed and Pro plans we:
- Re-sync with your website every week so new pages and price changes appear in answers
- Review questions the chatbot couldn’t answer and add the missing information
- Adjust tone, lead-capture timing and suggested questions based on real conversations
- Send a monthly report with conversations, leads and the top questions your website should answer
Setup FAQ
Can it really be live in 24 hours?
For most small business websites, yes. Very large sites, multiple languages with separate content, or custom integrations can take two to three days; we confirm the timeline after you submit the setup form.
Do I need to give you my website login?
No. We only need your public URL to train the chatbot. Website access is optional and only needed if you want us to install it for you.
What if I don’t like the answers?
Tell us during the preview and we fix them. You approve the chatbot before it goes live, and tuning continues after launch.
Can I update the chatbot’s knowledge later?
Yes. On Managed and Pro it re-reads your site weekly, and you can email us new documents or answers at any time. On Starter, monthly content refreshes are available on request.
