Tips for Squarespace

- If you see two chat bubbles, remove any older chat widget from the Header or Footer field.
- Commerce sites: send us your shipping and return pages so it can answer store questions.

Which Squarespace plans support it?
Plans that include code injection. The Personal/Basic tier on some plan generations doesn’t; if you don’t see Code Injection, your plan may need an upgrade.
Does it work on Squarespace 7.0 and 7.1?
Yes. Code Injection exists on both versions.
Can I show it only on some pages?
Yes. Use per-page code injection instead of the site-wide footer, or ask us to configure it.
Do I need to rebuild my Squarespace site?
No. The chatbot sits on top of your existing site. Nothing about your design, pages or SEO changes.
